At Mountain Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must include original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
